Join us as we prepare for the week ahead. Starting off your busy week in a good way is crucial for your future success! In this 50 minute yoga group we will engage in beginner level yoga movements that will get your blood pumping and your body ready to take on the week ahead. We will also work on some breathing techniques that will open your mind and help you focus on the challenges you must face the coming week. For this group you will need to wear your comfy clothes and be in an area you can move around in. If you are needing to pick me up before a busy week come and join us every week! See you then!!
